Our platform uses a dual-agent AI system: the Builder AI (which helps you create and customize your website) and the Customer AI (which interacts with visitors on your published site). We collect and process data from both agents, including AI token usage metrics. If you enable Customer AI on your published site, conversations between the Customer AI and your site visitors are collected and stored to provide the service.

• Track and manage AI token usage across your account
• Process visitor conversations through Customer AI on your published sites

Customer AI & Visitor Data: If you enable Customer AI on your published site, your site visitors' conversations with the AI are processed through our AI providers. Site visitors should be informed that their interactions may be processed by third-party AI services.
